SW-24G4F-301EM核心板模块只需一个12V供电,支持最多24个千兆端口和4个万兆端口提供2路QSGMII接口,2 路XSGMII接口以及4路10GBase-R接口,同时引出2路UART接口以及多达24个GPIO口,CPU主频高达800Mhz,数据缓存 12Mbit,MAC地址表16K。核心板采用沉金工艺,接口采用短排针方式连接。

设计注意事项:
Serdes 走线要求
由于 SFI/XSGMII/QSGMII 传输 10.3125Gbps/10.3125Gbps/5Gbps 差分信号对,为了满足信
号质量要求,PCB 布局需要注意
1. 所有SFI/XSGMII/QSGMI 必须铺设在4层PCB的顶层,并且不能有过孔
2. Serdes TX 和 RX 差分对的接地屏蔽。在4层PCB中,信号与地之间的间隙至少为30mil
3. 为了避免有害的耦合问题,尽可能与所有其他信号保持至少30mil的距离
4. 差分对尽量保持对称走线
5. XSGMII/QSGM 耦合电容尽量放在源端
6. 将耦合电容沿差分走线放置在同一位置
7. Serdes 差分对需做100欧阻抗,参考层为GND
电源要求
1. 12V纹波小于120mV
2. RTL8218D 3.3V 纹波小于30mV 1.1V 纹波小于20mV
安装要求
1. 核心板芯片为静电敏感器件,取放时请注意静电防护
2. 封装有对称性,安装时请确认脚位顺序
